A Personal Note from Marcel Preuß, Founder and Group Co-CEO of GreenAir

GreenAir was born out of a vision to accelerate decarbonization. Today, we are proud to be recognized as the pioneer in providing innovative solutions for managing and marketing GHG Quotas in Germany and beyond. Our journey began as a quest to simplify, secure, and streamline the GHG Quotas application process, and is now evolving into a mission to shape the future of carbon certificates in the European Compliance and Voluntary Carbon Markets, and to create the relevant ecosystem that will support individuals and corporates on their paths to net-zero. 

Since our foundation in December 2021, we've experienced a rapid growth trajectory. We launched our first B2C GHG platform, wirkaufendeinzertifikat.de, in January 2022, and quickly followed with two additional platforms for different target groups, each symbolizing a commitment to sustainability and a greener future. What started as an idea has now been recognized as one of the best providers for GHG Quotas in Germany, a testament to our relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation. We've had the privilege of building long term partnerships with renowned companies such as Renault, Dacia, Nissan, Hyundai, Quantron, KIA, Felyx, Freenow, Bogestra, Santander, ABB, Enpal, Stromnetz Hamburg or Berliner Stadtwerke and Generali or HDI amongst many others. Each collaboration has been a testament to our commitment to provide comprehensive, user-friendly, and digital solutions for managing GHG Quotas. Our solutions are designed to be scalable and customer-centric, helping businesses navigate the complexities of the carbon market end-to-end with confidence. 

Despite our success, we recognize that our journey is still in its very early stages. Our vision of accelerating decarbonization is a long-term commitment, one that requires constant innovation, dedication, excellence and partnership. As we continue our journey and expand, we remain steadfast in our commitment to you, our customers, partners, and colleagues. 

We understand the responsibility that comes with expanding horizontally and vertically, and we are prepared to embrace this with the same passion and conviction that has guided us thus far.   

We are excited to announce that in June 2023, we officially launched in Austria, marking our first international expansion. This is a significant milestone in our journey towards global impact. As pioneers in our field, we are thrilled to be extending our reach, empowering more individuals and businesses to embrace sustainable mobility. As we look to the future, we assure you that we will not shy away from the complex challenge of decarbonizing our industries and keep innovation at the core of our offering. Our success lies in the happiness and loyalty of our customers. We will continue to listen, learn, and evolve, ensuring that our decisions are driven by a commitment to our mission and our values.
